Justin Thompson – Senior Regional Recruiter, South Central

Justin Thompson comes to EliteMed with over eight years of sales experience in progressively challenging capacities. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University, Justin started his sales career as a Loan Originator, where cold-calling and customer service skills were in high demand. He then joined a full-service advertising agency where his business-to-business (B2B) sales acumen was developed. In his role as Vice President of Outside Sales and Client Relations, Justin produced over $100K in new revenue each month and increased net margin by 50% for direct marketing campaigns. Subsequent to his time in the advertising industry, Justin pursued opportunities in dental sales. As a National Account Manager, Justin was a true “road warrior” and was responsible for positioning long-term, service-based solutions for capital equipment in the dental industry.

Justin knows what it takes to succeed in sales and is able to identify talent when he sees it. He is excited to provide expert services to both corporate clients and candidates in his territory, which includes the South Central states of Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
