John Conti – Senior Regional Recruiter, California

John Conti comes to EliteMed Recruiting with over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry. His background has been focused in spine, biologics, orthopaedics, bone growth stimulation, and sports medicine. John has held both sales and sales management positions, having advanced through the ranks of some of the most respected companies in the industry. He has hired, managed, and motivated top-level direct and distributor sales teams, and was awarded Regional Sales Director of the Year on a number of occasions.

John’s experience and perspective give him unique insight into the implant market, what hiring managers are really looking for, and what it takes to succeed in this extremely competitive industry.

John is responsible for all of EliteMed’s recruitment activities for the great state of California.
