Jeanine McAuliffe – Senior Regional Recruiter, New England

Jeanine McAuliffe joins EliteMed with over ten years of experience in medical and surgical device sales. After receiving her B.S. degree in Microbiology from Colorado State University, her career began as a Clinical Trial Manager for a spine fusion device at a small orthopaedic company. In that capacity, she worked with key opinion leaders in the field, managed clinical sites, provided product and surgical technique training, and analyzed clinical data. After obtaining FDA approval, she became Product Manager and was responsible for the nationwide launch of the newly approved device. Jeanine’s outstanding success in device sales positioned her for sales management opportunities with larger companies.

Jeanine has worked in spine, general orthopaedics, and general surgery, managing several territories in her career for EBI Medical (Orthofix/Biomet), US Surgical (Covidien) and her own independent distributorship (Biolectron/Acumed). She ranked in the top 5% of the nationwide sales force for each company, consistently achieving 100% to quota and obtaining numerous achievement awards for performance.

Jeanine resides in Massachusetts and provides professional placement assistance services in the New England region (Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island) and in New York City.
