Gaia Bourgoignie – Senior Regional Recruiter, Gulf Coast

Gaia Bourgoignie joins EliteMed with a unique background in both the sciences and sales. She is a graduate of Florida State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Sciences with a Minor in Communications and Biology. Gaia also has six years of sales experience where her natural confidence and consultative selling style were developed.

Gaia’s enthusiasm for this combination of science and sales led her to the Medical Sales College, where she completed a program in general orthopaedic and orthobiologic sales. This experience offers her unique insight into the needs of the medical device industry – from the perspective of both hiring managers and employment candidates.

Gaia manages EliteMed’s corporate and candidate relationships in the Gulf Coast states of Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida.
